1. Getting Started

Registration and profile setup

Registration

  • Click the 'Start for Free' button on the main page
  • Enter your email and create a strong password
  • Confirm your email through the verification letter
  • Fill in basic profile information

Profile Setup

  • Upload a profile photo for better interaction
  • Enter your name and contact information
  • Choose your role: Teacher or Student
  • Specify subjects you teach or study

Creating Learning Materials

Links Academy allows you to create interactive materials in minutes with AI assistance.

  1. Go to the 'Materials' section in the sidebar
  2. Click 'Create Material' and select the type
  3. Describe the topic or use AI to generate content
  4. Use the interactive editor to refine the material
  5. Add multimedia: images, videos, audio
  6. Save and assign the material to students or groups

Conducting Interactive Lessons

Conduct live lessons with video calls, interactive whiteboard, and real-time collaboration.

  1. Schedule a lesson in the calendar or start a quick session
  2. Invite students via email, link, or access code
  3. Join the lesson room at the scheduled time

  5. Enable video and audio for live communication with students
  6. All whiteboard changes sync in real-time for all participants

3. For Students

Joining lessons and completing assignments

Joining a Lesson

  1. Receive an invitation from the teacher via email or link
  2. Log in to your Links Academy account
  3. Open the calendar and find the scheduled lesson
  4. Click 'Join' 5 minutes before the start
  5. Configure your microphone and camera in settings
  6. Wait for the lesson to begin and teacher's active participation

Completing Homework

  1. Go to 'My Assignments' section on the main dashboard
  2. Select an assignment to complete from the list
  3. Carefully read the instructions and teacher's requirements
  4. Complete the assignment in the platform's interactive editor
  5. Attach additional files if needed
  6. Click 'Submit for Review' before the deadline
