  • File uploads and sharing
  • AI-based features
  • Educational analytics and reporting

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any user.
  • Upload malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Reverse engineer or misuse platform software.
  • Use the Platform for fraudulent or commercial purposes without authorization.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload.
  • By uploading, you grant Links a limited license to use content solely to operate and improve the Platform.
  • You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party rights.

All platform software, branding, design, and content are owned by Links and protected by copyright laws.

6. Recording of Lessons

  • Lessons may be recorded for educational and quality purposes.
  • By joining a recorded session, you consent to being recorded.
  • Recordings are accessible only by the participating teacher and student(s) and stored for a limited duration as defined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments and Fees

Paid features may be introduced. When applicable:

  • Prices will be displayed clearly.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
  • Users are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.

8. Termination

Links may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Security issues
  • Legal compliance

You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' Links disclaims:

  • All warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose
