Consent to Personal Data Processing

By clicking 'I Agree,' 'Submit,' or by otherwise using the Platform, you, the User (hereinafter referred to as 'Data Subject'), hereby provide your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to Links (hereinafter referred to as the 'Data Controller,' registered in Bulgaria/Germany) for the processing of your personal data under the terms described in this Consent and the associated Privacy Policy. The Platform operates globally, and its primary processing servers are located in Germany (EU), making the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the primary governing law for your personal data.

1. Special Categories of Processing and Separate Consent

The Data Subject acknowledges that the following activities require separate, explicit consent due to their sensitive nature or potential impact on the User:

A. Consent for Lesson Recording (Video/Audio)

Purpose: Quality assurance, teacher training, and dispute resolution.

Retention Period: Recordings will be stored for a maximum period of 30 days. After this period, they will be permanently deleted.

Note: If consent is withdrawn or denied, lessons will not be recorded.

B. Consent for AI Model Training and Improvement

Purpose: Enhancing the accuracy, efficiency, and personalization of the AI homework generation and educational analysis tools.

Note: Failure to consent to AI training will not prevent you from using the basic Platform services, but may limit the quality of personalized AI features.

2. Categories of Personal Data Processed

The Data Subject consents to the processing of the following categories of personal data:

Identity & Contact Data

Name, email address, password (encrypted).

Educational Content & Usage Data

IP address, device info, login/logout times, lesson attendance records, chat history, files uploaded, homework assignments/results, and technical data related to video call quality.

3. Data Processing of Minors (Children)

The Data Subject acknowledges and confirms the following:

  • If the Data Subject is a minor (under the age of 16, or the relevant age of consent in their jurisdiction), their parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process and provide consent on the minor's behalf.
  • The Data Controller requires verifiable parental consent for all minors accessing the Platform. By submitting this form, the parent/guardian attests that they have the authority to grant this consent.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing (Lawful Basis)

The Data Subject's personal data is processed for the following purposes, based on the specified lawful grounds under GDPR:

Right to Withdraw Consent: The Data Subject may withdraw their specific consent for Lesson Recording or AI Model Training at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
