Pilot terms

What applying means

Who it is for

Owners and administrators of small online schools (2โ€“15 teachers) with active students. Other applications are kept, but are not part of the first pilot.

What the application is

An expression of interest and an entry into the pilot selection. It does not create an account or grant access to features that do not exist yet.

How the invitation arrives

After you confirm your email we will contact you once the pilot is ready. There is no fixed date and access is not guaranteed.

The pilot may be paid

Terms are agreed before you start. We do not ask for a card or charge anything when you apply.

Apply for the pilot

We only need your email and two details to understand the size of your school. We will send you an email to confirm the address.

No sign-up, no card. Just your email and two questions.

Do you have active students right now?

By applying you ask us to send a confirmation email and to contact you about the pilot. How we handle your data. Unconfirmed applications are deleted after 30 days; confirmed ones after 180 days without activity. You can ask us to delete yours at support@links.academy.

FAQ

Before you apply

What do I get by applying?

You enter the pilot selection and we contact you once it is ready. No account is created and no new feature is activated.

When will I get access?

There is no fixed date. Access is not guaranteed: it depends on the selection and the terms we agree on.

Is the pilot paid?

It may be. Terms are agreed before you start; when you apply we do not ask for a card or charge anything.

Do you help me find students?

No. Links Academy is a workspace for your current teachers and students, not a marketplace.

What can I use already?

Each teacher can create an individual account and teach with video, chat, materials and homework. The shared school workspace is what we validate with the pilot.

Can I delete my application?

Yes. Write to support@links.academy and we will delete it. Unconfirmed applications are deleted automatically after 30 days.
